Service - Late orders are a fact of life, and we will endeavour to provide the product to the client even if the order is placed at 3pm on a Friday.

 

Quality - Country Cuisine’s Wild Game is delivered overnight from the mountain valleys of the south Island. And the poultry is prepared fresh in its Morningside Drive factory the same day it’s delivered.  

 

Portion Control - You can expect portions ordered to be within 4% of the weight you require to maximize your profitability.
